|Monday's Blue Cheese & Scallion Dip|
|5/28/2017 6:21:24 PM - I just made this up today and it tastes pretty darn good to me. My husband's away so I'll get his feedback as well as other people's comments during tomorrow's party! Meant to be a dip for vegetables such as celery and carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, cauliflower, etc.|
Sour Cream, 16 oz.
4 oz. sharp blue cheese crumbled
juice of 1/2 lime
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon honey
4 scallions, coarsely chopped
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and let her rip for about a minute or so, or until well combined.
